It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us. We are confident that you will love any of the products you purchase from us, online, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchases then we will be happy to accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of your order. The goods will become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or your representative.

We understand that when shopping online things can sometimes appear different to what they are so we will assist you with exchanges or replacements if required.

You will receive a refund within 5 days of the goods arriving back to us.

If the goods are damaged or defective then you must report this to us within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You can do this in writing via

Unless the goods are damaged we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on: Personalised Gifts; Unsealed Toiletry Products or some items of jewellery, such as earrings.


In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit we may require the goods to be returned to us. In some circumstances we will accept photographic evidence as proof of the damages but we do reserve the right to ask for the goods to be returned even if photo evidence is submitted.

We will refund the cost of return postage in the case of damaged/defective items (you must provide proof of receipt for delivery charges). Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost the delivery of returned goods.
