Here is some info about shopping on our website which I hope you will find helpful.

We will gift wrap and add a gift note for you. Just let us know it's a gift you are sending and what your message is in the "Add a note" section.

You can buy gifts and we will send them directly to your recipient. At checkout just add their address in the "Shipping Details" section.

If you live in Nairn we are currently offering FREE doorstep delivery for orders over £15. Orders under £20 will be charged a £2:50 delivery fee. Click on the box that says "Standard Shipping" and it will give you a drop down menu with "Nairn Doorstep Delivery" ( Within Nairn ONLY. Sorry this does not extend to Auldearn, Cawdor, Ardersier etc) Deliveries usually made on a Saturday. Orders need to be placed by 1pm on Friday for Saturday delivery

We have added a collect from store option. Safe distancing measures will apply. Orders will generally be available within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready for collection

We use Royal Mail for posting and always get proof of postage. If you want to upgrade your shipping to include tracking please get in touch. We post every 2-3 days.

Currently our website does not calculate for posting abroad. If you do need something posting further afield from the UK plead do drop us a message. We would be delight to help.
